4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
6. How long does delivery take?

- Transit Time: 4–5 business days (Mon–Fri)

7. Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed to you within 48 hours after dispatch You can use the link to monitor delivery status online.
8. Can I cancel or edit my order?
- Before shipping: Yes. Contact us ASAP to cancel or modify.
- After shipping: Cancellation is not possible, but you can return the item.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.
Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

10. Do I pay for return shipping?
No – return shipping is free for all returns.
A prepaid return label will be provided via email or included in your original package. If you didn’t receive one, contact us.
11. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
12. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Partial refunds may apply for returned items that are used or not in original condition (if not our error).
13. What if my item is defective or damaged?
Please report any issues within 30 days from date of delivery. We’ll provide a full refund or free replacement at free of cost.
