1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted: Yes — we accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
  • Return period: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Item condition: Must be new, unused, with original packaging and all accessories/parts.

2. Return Process

How to request a return:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return

Method of return: All returns must be mailed.

Return Authorization (RA):
Once we approve your return, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please clearly mark this on your package.

Return label:
A prepaid return label is included in your package. If you didn’t receive it or misplaced it, contact us and we’ll email a new one.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items at no cost. To exchange an item, email support@wearperfect.store with your order details.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

5. Refunds

  • Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item isn’t in its original condition.
  • Parts or accessories are missing (and it’s not our fault).

6. Cancellations

To cancel your order, contact us immediately:

If your order has already shipped, you can still start a return after delivery.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping: Free for returns (we’ll provide a prepaid label in the package).
  • Original shipping costs: We offer free shipping on all orders, so there’s nothing to refund.
