2. Return Process
How to request a return:
- Email us within 30 days of delivery at support@wearperfect.store

- Product(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
Method of return: All returns must be mailed.
Return Authorization (RA):
Once we approve your return, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please clearly mark this on your package.
Return label:
A prepaid return label is included in your package. If you didn’t receive it or misplaced it, contact us and we’ll email a new one.
3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items at no cost. To exchange an item, email support@wearperfect.store with your order details.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
5. Refunds
- Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Partial refunds may apply if:

- Parts or accessories are missing (and it’s not our fault).

If your order has already shipped, you can still start a return after delivery.
