All U.S. return shipping is free — you will not be charged for sending items back.

  • Be unworn or unused with tags attached.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards.

3. How to Start a Return

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. You can download and print the shipping label directly from your email.
  4. Pack your item securely and attach the label. Return shipping is free — you will not be charged for sending items back.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is corrected promptly.

5. Exchanges

If you want a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return your original item following the instructions above.
  2. Place a new order for the desired product.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
