All U.S. return shipping is free — you will not be charged for sending items back.

- Be unworn or unused with tags attached.
- Include the original packaging.
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards.
3. How to Start a Return

- If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- You can download and print the shipping label directly from your email.
- Pack your item securely and attach the label. Return shipping is free — you will not be charged for sending items back.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is corrected promptly.
5. Exchanges
If you want a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to:
- Return your original item following the instructions above.
- Place a new order for the desired product.
6. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
